A certified Mediator, Workplace Investigator, Ombudsperson, and Conflict Resolution Specialist with Pollack Peacebuilding, Colleen has over two decades of experience in employment dispute mediation. She currently serves on a mediation panel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
