Dr Saeed Aldhaheri

Dr. Saeed is a futurist, thought leader, AI ethicist, Author, and global keynote speaker. He has been in many positions: the founder and former Director General of the Emirates ID Authority, a former member of the scientific advisory committee of the UAE Space Agency, and a former Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs on information technology.

Currently, He is the director of the Center for Futures Studies at the University of Dubai, a visiting lecturer at Oxford University (online) course: Artificial Intelligence: Generative AI, Cloud and MLOps, President of the UAE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), a commissioner in the Global Commission on Artificial Intelligence in the Military Domain (GC REAIM), And a UNESCO co-Chair on anticipatory systems.

Dr. Saeed serves on the advisory boards of several international networks and forum, including the World Ethical Data Foundation, a senior fellow of the AI 2030: Responsible AI for a Better World initiative, and on the advisory board of the Artificial Intelligence Governance Network (AIGN).

He has advised numerous local (in the UAE) and global government entities on their digital transformation journeys, helping them shape future-ready public services and agile institutions. Currently, he serves as a trusted advisor to several governments on strategic foresight, innovation, and digital transformation. His expertise is also sought by leading global luxury brands, guiding them on navigating disruptive technologies and staying ahead in an increasingly competitive landscape.

Dr. Saeed is a ‘Top Voice’ on LinkedIn recognized as one of the experts around the world publishing valued and quality content on LinkedIn.

His focus areas including ethical and responsible AI, generative AI and the Art of prompting, innovation and digital transformation, leading in the uncertain world, and strategic foresight.
